Message from Co-Founder

Greetings from My School ITALY, the first International Neuroscience based Learning Residential School in India. The school is located in the 34 acres of lush green environment near Vijayawada Airport, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The site of the school was chosen for its remarkable atmosphere of peace and serenity, undulating landscape of paddy fields, rain-fed streams, scattered villages and surrounding highlands. The School provides a secure environment in which children and young people flourish, achieve academically, stretch their abilities and develop social skills. This makes it as one of the BEST schools of India.

My School ITALY was built two decades ago by an Italian couple Carol and Noel, to give good education and best facilities for learning to the children in the local area. And this year, in 2023, the Founders of My School ITALY, Mr Prasad Garapati and Dr Aperna Volluru decided to open the school for the students who want to come here from across the globe. We want to help them excel in today’s competitive and technology-driven world, they need a new set of skills—social and emotional, as well as academic. Our primary purpose is to awaken a love for learning in all – children, students and teachers – and to do this within a value rich and value driven context.

At My School ITALY, we espouse community spirit, a caring environment in which children’s existing skills develop through our integrated programs based on multifaceted activities that have been designed by our team of Global Experts. Our staff is trained, qualified, experienced in providing academic excellence coupled with unrivalled pastoral care which is at the heart of all we do. They have excellent observation, supervision and listening skills. We strongly believe in what Albert Einstein said, “I never teach my pupils, I only provide the conditions in which they can learn.” We have a vision of high quality education combined with the principle that each child should be treated as an individual, be given opportunities to grow, become world class learners and develop the confidence and capability to cope with the demands and responsibilities of adult life. Such a vision challenges those who believe that education is simply a matter of teaching and learning certain facts.

In the loving memory of my mother, Vijey, who had been an educationist all her life working with children and teenagers, I along with our team have drawn a pedagogy which paves the first step for our students to become the finest prototype of GOD, family and school. We do not admit children, we adopt them.
